Yes, your administrator can gain access to the Portal by simply filling in their details on the Administrator registration form. Brokers can then provide their administrator with access using our Case Access Management option in the dashboard of the system. 

Check the administrator has registered and ask them to locate the relevant broker under case access management first.

Please utilise the Broker Portal for this, under the 'maintain personal details' section. Please note if changing last name, email address or firm address then applications submitted prior to this change will no longer be visible on the portal. 

Supporting documents for applications submitted on the old portal, will need to be emailed to PackagingExceptions@natwest.com.

No, you will only be able to see confirmation that it is uploaded.

Once a case has been submitted it will move from ‘recent’ cases to ‘submitted cases’ which can take up to 24hrs. If the application is a porting case this can take 72 hours to show as this will need to be keyed manually.

This is because your details have not been set up correctly. Please go to the 'maintain personal details' section and check that both the mobile and business phone numbers have been filled in and are 11 digits long.

Please select “Direct Debit Information” this will generate a pop up with the Direct Debit mandate. Please read and close this pop up and this will allow you to proceed. If you don’t get a pop up, please also check that pop ups are not blocked on your browser. 

You will be able to see when you have submitted a product transfer on the portal, this will give an overview of the product and switch date. It will not confirm when the customer has accepted the rate.

The AIP is guaranteed for 30 days (including the day it was created), provided no changes are necessary. Progressing to full mortgage application within this period will mean no further credit search is completed.

No, you can't get a copy of the AIP once it has gone to full submission (FMA). If you need to get an AIP for an existing case you need to generate a new AIP.

When you receive a refer AIP message, a decision to lend can only be given upon assessment by an underwriter. To progress an AIP refer you need to submit a full application, send in the required case packaging and then the application will be underwritten within our current standard processing timescales.
